Self-check-in is always free, provided that the identification details of all guests included in the reservation are provided at least 24 hours in advance and that the tourist tax is paid via the dedicated payment link.
Upon booking, any preferred bed arrangements must be communicated, along with arrival and departure times. Any changes during check-in will incur additional charges and immediate action cannot be guaranteed. The cost in Cagliari is €20, while Santa Margherita and other locations is €40.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

The following fees apply for late check-in in person: from 10:00 PM to midnight – €25.00 in Cagliari city center and €50.00 elsewhere.
After midnight until 4:00 AM – €40.00 in Cagliari city center and €80.00 elsewhere.

In any case, check-ins after 10:00 pm must be agreed at least 24 hours in advance with the property and especially those after midnight must be authorised.

Assistance calls: If the call is not due to a problem with the facility but rather to a customer’s oversight (such as leaving keys inside the facility), a callout fee of €50.00 will be charged in Cagliari and €100.00 elsewhere.

The replacement of lost cards in Cagliari costs €30.00.

Replacement for lost keys with remote control or card outside Cagliari costs €80.00.

The request for a double set of keys must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.

The tourist tax for Cagliari is €1.50 per day per guest for up to 5 nights, excluding payment for children under 12 years.

For Santa Margherita the tourist tax from April 1st to October 31st is €0.80 per person per day for the entire period of the stay.
From November 1st to March 31st it is €0.40 per guest per night for each night of stay.

The keys will not be delivered if the guest has not provided the identity document details at least 24 hours before arrival.
